I will be archiving a lot of kids shows recorded using MythTV to mp4. In doing so, I’ve made several tweaks to scripts that I’ll describe here.

https://github.com/MythTV/mythtv/pull/32/files has the files and modifications needed to add season and episode numbers to the mythlink.pl output.
